OASIS WATERLOO COMMUNITY PROJECTS
The following projects were delivered through a CPR consultant leading in an interim role as Project Director:

A £2m new build community cafe, community library and staff offices.

The opening of a new community farm on an acre of scrub land in Bishops Ward, Waterloo.
CITY GATEWAY COLLEGE
As interim CEO, our CPR consultant led the Alternative Free School through a complex TUPE process, restructuring and the establishing of new operational practices.
SCHOOL SITE DEVELOPMENT
The client required a site review and a feasibility study for options to rebuild a Primary school and release land on the site for commercial development. As Interim Project Director our CPR consultant oversaw the development of the study and demonstrated that desired development could be achieved. This scheme is now being developed by the Client and Local Authority.
FREE SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT
CPR consultants have been involved in the development of Academies and Free schools over the last 16 years. They are highly experienced in all aspects; of submitting; bids pre-opening, site acquisition and building development, for example. Our consultants have worked with SAT's and MAT's.
SOUTH QUAY COLLEGE
The 14-19 Alternative Provision School wanted to expand its pathways for marginalised students by becoming approved for the Register of Authorised Training Providers. A CPR consultant managed and submitted a successful application allowing South Quay College to become an RoATP listed organisation.
